An 800 will not get you into any school - they don't admit based upon GMAT score. If you score 750 or 800, the two will be treated equally as far as the admissions committees are concerned.
nadair offers valuable advice: if you're concerned about your chances for admission, the place to focus is NOT on raising the GMAT from 750 to 800 - the place to focus is on the rest of your application. Take the time that you would have spent trying to increase your score and spend that time instead on things that can actually make a difference to your application. (Can you get a promotion at work? Can you show initiative and especially impress your boss so that s/he remembers it when it comes time to write your recommendation? Can you take on extra responsibilities with some volunteer or community service that you do? Do your application essays need more work? Etc.)
