Errata on Manhattan GMAT Flashcards

by bradobrown Sat Jun 19, 2010 7:39 pm

Ok I'm not a math genius but I think slide 9 has a slight typo on the 30th page (out of 101) of the complete flashcard set available here:

http://www.manhattangmat.com/pdf/FlashC ... e_2009.pdf

It should read: x=-7, therefore the minimum value=-5

So the x/y coordinates are: [-7,-5]

The slide currently reads: "answer: minimum value=-7, x=-5".

Could someone please confirm this?

Agreed! The explanation below the first line correctly says that x=-7 and then the minimum value is -5... but the first line reverses those two numbers.

Thanks for the catch!!

Thanks a lot Stacey for confirming this.

I'm wondering if the Manhattan flashcards have any other typos and whether they've already been documented here on the forums? Maybe users can post in this thread if anything else is found..
