Eqn, Inequ, VICs question bank.

I just took the equations, VICs, Inequal question bank, but when I went to retake it, the same exact questions show up again. Is that supposed to be? Do we see new question when we retake?

Yes, you will see the exact same questions if you retake it. The question banks are not adaptive - they are a static set of 25 questions per bank.

Are the question banks filled with challenging problems or are the problems from all levels?

They are from all levels. If you look at the results page after you've finished the bank, you can see the various difficulty levels of the different problems.
