Due to vs Because of

Can anyone shed light on where to use because of and due to?

Also can you tell me where this is mentioned in the SC guide 4th edition.

can you point to a single question where the GMAT ever asks you to make this distinction? if the GMAT never asks about something, it's not worth worrying about because there's no way to know what they would decide in a borderline case like this. see OG 33 for perhaps the best evidence that the GMAT doesn't care which one you use..
