Any difference? is first one focused more on the action "compare?" Second one more on the result "comparison."
the second of these is completely ungrammatical. you can't say "on comparison bond yields with..." because you just can't use ANY noun in a manner remotely like that.
if you said "on
a/the comparison
of bond yields with the dividends available...", then you might have something (although this still wouldn't be as good as the original, since it de-emphasizes the fact that it's the investors themselves who are doing the comparing).
