Me too! That's a split that's hard to deal with and I'm not able to provide a simple rule for you. The good thing is that we can usually avoid it: there's almost always some other issue with the wrong answer choices.
Actually, I took a survey of the Official Guide 2018 and found that the construction 'comma with' is used in the following correct answer choices: 677, 713, 751, 765 and the following incorrect answer choices: 700, 721, 769, 781, 790. Of course, that doesn't mean that the construction is wrong in all these cases. I suggest you take a look at these problems.
