CAT Verbal=37 but Official GMAT test Verbal=27

Here is my verbal score from MGMT CATs with Verbal score around 35-37 but the real test I took I got V24 (Q42, 540, July 12, 2017) and V27(Q48, 610, Aug 31, 2017). That's quite a big difference. I wonder if the SC or CR are known to be made different? I got enhanced report if anyone wants to see and help. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear that your exam performance didn't match your practice tests. We try to make our CATs as close as possible to the real GMAT, but there can be slight differences. However, it's unusual to see scores that are so far apart. It could be connected to nerves or fatigue or some difference in the way you do your practice tests as compared with the real thing. Have you reached out to your course teacher? And did you book a post-exam assessment in the Office Hours tab in your Student Center?

Thanks for the reply. I have verbal online. Do I have access to post exam assessment and office hour? Can I find someone to talk to on this?
