If you realize that you have chosen the wrong answer after moving to the next question, can you go back and change your answer choice?
Will I see a next and Confirm button on the real test just as I saw on the Cat exam of Manhattan GMAT?

Yes you will. Give GMAT prep. The real stuff will mimic this very closely.
