I pinged our Boston crew and here's what I heard:
The Boston West office, in Waltham, is the smallest and tends to have low traffic, so fewer distractions from other people in the room - but you need a car to get there.
The Devonshire Street office, in Boston, has about half the capacity of the other Boston office (St. James), which is actually good - the office is processing fewer people, so you don't have as many delays checking in, etc. In addition, the restrooms @ the Devonshire office are pretty close by (10-15 feet from the office). The restrooms at the St. James location require a key and are considerably farther away. The breaks are only 8 minutes, so this could make a difference. In addition, we've heard that the work surfaces are a bit more spacious at the Devonshire location.
So, if you can get to Waltham without too much trouble, that one's the best, but the Devonshire location's also very good. Try to avoid the St. James location.
