Advanced GMAT Quant Strategy Supplement - online access

Hi,

I purchased the Advanced GMAT Quant Strategy Supplement (Paperback) from flipkart.com, India. However, when i received the book it did not have the online access code.

Please let me know if this book does come with an online access code, because customer service from flipkart.com called today to say that even if they did reorder the book from manhattan it may still not come with an access code.
