access to online GMAT CATS

Hi,

I bought kindle edition of one of the 8 strategy guides of GMAT.Can i access the CATs i dont see nay access code .If i can please guide me how to get the access code.Please help with this as i am running out of time.Thank u

Can i get the 6 CATs with the OFFICIAL GUIDE COMPANION guide?
