You mention having timing issues on the quant, so we can assume that at least part of the score fluctuation there is due to timing.
You don't mention what you hope to score on the real test. Generally speaking, scores don't change much in a 7 to 14 day period. If you're hoping to score in the mid-600s, then you're likely at an appropriate level to take the test in 2 weeks. If you're hoping for a significantly higher score (700+), then you should consider postponing your exam, as it isn't very likely that you will improve 60 to 70 points in 2 weeks.
