1000 SC and 1000 CR

There are these two documents floating around in the internet. How are these questions for practicing CR and SC. Are they representative of real GMAT? Should I just stick to the official sources such as OG and GmatPrep?

stick to real GMAT questions. i have NEVER met a student who made it through all the OG questions for real and wasn't FULLY prepared for the test. if you find yourself running out of OG questions, you are not spending sufficient time reviewing each question and pulling as much as possible out of each one. don't be that guy who goes to the pizza buffet and takes one bite out of each piece before discarding the rest.. :)

in other words, if you are fully digesting all your OG questions, you will never need to access a source of questions beyond what the GMAT has already provided. so don't..
